The Role

Based from our offices in Boortmeerbeek (near Brussels, Leuven and Antwerp) you will undergo a short training program to get you up to speed with the software, services and market place. The Product Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting on customer- and prospect-facing marketing activities in Europe. This role will work closely with various internal stakeholders to execute campaign performance through innovative marketing methods: 
  • Content Creation: Deliver impactful customer facing product assets and collateral that supports our key messages.
  • Online Marketing: Develop campaigns and maintain the website, in close collaboration with the online marketing agency
  • Field Enablement: Deliver Sales enablement tools to help with acquisition and sales conversion, and build qualified prospect lists and maintain the CRM system 
  • Lead Generation: Generate sales qualified leads, through (international) own events, webinars, (international) fairs, and online demo’s, closely collaborating with and managing the telemarketing agencies
The basis of the role is to target European based corporate legal departments and law firms who will benefit from the companies cutting edge software platform for legal information and knowledge management.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including events, digital and online demo activities
  • Create, manage and deploy campaigns 
  • Create and localise content for integrated marketing campaigns
  • Monitor performance KPIs for online marketing activities and changes in trends, share insights and make recommendations to the management
  • Build landing pages and test and optimise for maximising conversion rates
  • Develop sales qualified leads in close collaboration with online marketing agency and telemarketing agencies 
  • Talking to multinational corporate legal departments and major law firms
  • Stay updated on trends in the industry and marketing developments in the sector.
  • Gather market intelligence and share the information in a timely manner.


  • Highly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Proven track record of meeting campaign performance goals
  • Ability to think critically and make optimisation decisions based off of data analytics
  • Strong writing skills and understanding of story generation and storytelling techniques
  • Experience creating content for different personas and pain points
  • Project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines
  • Understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Ability to prioritise and manage various projects based on the changing business requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence others without formal authority
  • Knowledge of and interest in SEO, social, and digital marketing tactics
  • Exceptional writing skills in English, Dutch and French
  • Minimum bachelor degree required, preferably in economics or communication
  • Hands-on, open and adaptable to change
