Identifying and Maintaining Business-Critical Knowledge
The inclusion of Knowledge Management in ISO 9001:2015 (released September 2015) marks a huge change within the worlds of both Knowledge Management and Information Management.

This paper explores the implications of the ISO 9001:2015 knowledge clauses, and how these may affect Knowledge Managers and Quality Managers in any organisation.
